For online purchases, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to ship the return/exchange back to our location.

It is very important to notify us of your return prior to shipping it. If we do not receive your notification, your return will not be approved. Go to your account page (LINK) to request a return/exchange.

  • Purchase a Priority Mail USPS shipping label for your return. *
  • Submit the USPS tracking number to our website at the “Return & Exchange Requests” page.
  • Package item securely and ship the return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Send return packages to:

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (provided in shipping box, or at time of purchase).

Once we receive your return, you can check on it’s status under your Account page. You will be notified through email about the status of your refund after the return has been fully processed.

Online Store Credit

If your return is approved, an online credit is added to your account. This credit is only applicable to online purchases, and is not transferable to a gift certificate.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Some items are not eligible for return either online or in person. These include:

  • Lotions, soaps, bath salts, scrubs, salves, and any other personal bath and body product.
  • Any item with a broken seal, or that has evidently been opened and or used.
  • Food and drink
  • Sale or discounted merchandise.

Shipping Damage

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items damaged under USPS care. Orders under $50 are insured free of charge. There is shipping insurance available for purchase at our DJW checkout. We package each order with care and precision, making sure to prevent damage as much as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

* If your item is over a value of $50, we recommend you purchase insurance for the return through USPS. If a return/exchange item arrives to us broken, we will not accept the return and no credit will be applied to your account, no exceptions.
