Julia
Massage Therapist
My childhood involved many hours outside playing sports
which developed into a love of being active. I soon began to compete in horseback
riding and crew, with these elite sports I found the field of orthopedic/sports
massage therapy. Without the use of massage
in recovering from injury, I wouldn’t have been able to succeed in these
varsity sports.
I am currently combining my love of knowledge and interest
in helping the athletic community by studying for a Masters in the Psychology
of Human Movement at Temple University. I enjoy helping my clients find the
modality and massage that will best fit their needs.
A body at rest is a mind at rest.
